Here are the highlights of what happened in Episode 103:

Meire accuses Alicia of trying to usurp her place as building supervisor of the condominium.
As they take a walk, Pedro and Helena realize that they cannot see Manteiguinha...but it seems the dog got entranced upon meeting another new cute doggie! Her name is Poodle....
Then, Helena receives a pamphlet advertising the Accomplices to the Rescue and she thinks that this would be a great thing to have their own band watch.
Considerate of the situation that the Jardim family is going through, Fiorina agrees to hire Luiz to help her with the sale of the ice cream all around Dream Village.
Flora can no longer stand being with Fausto, especially after realizing that he has still been stealing money from the account of her nephews and niece. As such, she finally decides to leave him, despite Fausto's constant begging of her to stay with him. She thinks of going back to live with the kids but decides that she is not yet ready to face them after abandoning them. Flora decides to take a bus which takes her to Dream Village.
A masseuse comes to the Junqueira mansion upon Regina's request. Regina hands her a cream to help massage her. When the masseuse leaves a bit, Isabela comes into the living room and pour sticky blue paint into the pot of cream. The masseuse comes in after Isabela leaves and starts to rub Regina's body with the cream - which she deems disgusting, but avoids saying anything since that is the cream she has been handed.
Omar wants to get rid of Nair once and for all as he does not like her work at their house. He puts a strand of hair into his piece of cake and calls his father, ordering for Nair's dismissal as she has put hair into his food. Nair is called and she defends herself saying that she did not do it. She begs Joel for the job as she needs it, and he says that he will not fire her. Nair thanks the heavens saying that justice really exists. Omar is angry that his father has been too soft with Nair. Joel says firing people every now and then will make him look bad, but Omar tells him that he cares too much about what people think.
Helena and Pedro go to the city and decide to pass by ON-Enterprise to see Rebeca. They meet Lurdinha at the reception and just as soon as they ask for Rebeca, she and Otávio arrive. Pedro can tell that she is not alright and asks to speak to Otávio alone. They go to his office and Pedro tells Otávio that Rebeca needs to be with her family and she needs to come back with them to Dream Village.
Otávio disagrees and they decide to ask Rebeca what she thinks of the suggestion. They call for her into the office and she says that she does miss home, but it wouldn't change anything since she feels that Manuela is in the city and not in the Village. As such she chooses to stay in the city and Helena tells Pedro that it is time for them to leave. He exits Otávio's office in anger and Helena follows him.

An excited Flávia puts up a poster of the play inviting the children for auditions for roles.
Safira is trying to show that she is doing her best to get closer to Priscila. She starts by offering to take Priscila to the hairdresser so that she can look stunning during rehearsals. Priscila is not convinced by her mother's act but decides to go with her anyway.
