Moses converses with Disebek and is dissatisfied with the ill-treatment of the Hebrews. Eldade is shocked to hear Abigail saying that Moses is the son of Jochebed. Moses asks his father what would be his attitude if he resolved to help the Hebrew people. The general says he has no answer.
Nefertari laments to Karoma saying that she prefers that the true parents of Moses had died. Henutmire is shocked to discover that her son knows the whole truth. Moses asks Gahiji to prepare a basket with food to take to his Hebrew family.
Disebek tells Henutmire that Nefertari is not supporting Moses in his search for truth on his Hebrewfamily. Yunet threatens Leila saying that Moses will be expelled from the palace and as such, she too will be evicted from the palace.
Nefertari does not agree with Moses and says that if he loves her, he should forget the Hebrews. Henutmire asks Ramses to help Moses try to change his mind.
Jochebed waits anxiously for her son's return. Eldade, speaking with Abigail, says that he is happy to have been defended by Moses.
Elisheba explains to Amália that Aaron does not believe that Moses will leave the luxury of the palace because of a family of slaves. Ramses tries to convince Moses not to get too involved with the slaves, but the latter is determined. Nefertari tells Henutmire that her Moses plans to visit his Hebrew family again.
Henutmire begs Moses not to punish her this way. The Hebrew prince embraces Henutmire and says he must go. Paser suggests to Disebek that he tells the king about the discovery of Moses. Fearful, the general asks the priest not to tell Seti anything.
Leila tells Uri and Hur that Yunet used and manipulated her into telling the whole truth to Moses. Yunet pretends to be worried and reveals to Tuya that Moses already knows everything. The queen looks for Pharaoh and tells him that something serious has happened.
Henutmire asks Disebek to take her to Jochebed. Seti orders Bakenmut and Ikeni to bring Moses into his chambers immediately. Miriam, Jochebed, and Amram wait anxiously for the return of Moses.
Apuki complains to Judith about the way Moses treats the slaves with competence. Bakenmut and Ikeni prevent Moses from leaving the palace. Yunet warns Nefertari about the poor future she will have next to Moses.
Seti forbids Moses from looking for his Hebrew family. The prince faces the Pharaoh and Ramses intervenes. Henutmire asks Yunet for help.
Disebek asks Ikeni to accompany Henutmire to the village of the slaves. Ramses warns Moses about the king's fury. Accompanied by Yunet and Ikeni, Henutmire prepares to leave the palace. Amália feels dizzy and ill.
Henutmire, Yunet, and Ikeni walk toward Jochebed's house. Anguished, Moses asks for some response from God as to why he has to go through all of this misery. Henutmire arrives at the house of Jochebed, who is surprised by the visit of the princess.
Henutmire assures Jochebed, Amram and Miriam that the only reason she is there is because she wants them to make one more sacrifice to protect Moses...
