We start with Amora appearing beautifully dressed in her wedding dress and everyone stands up. She walks up to Bento and the officiating priest begins the ceremony. Suddenly, Giane arrives at the wedding and says that there is nothing holy about the union. She walks up to the altar and tells Bento that he cannot get married to Amora because she was the one who burnt Toca do Saci in order to frame poor Fabinho.

Bento asks Giane to leave and she does. Erico tells Veronica at Charlene's wedding that he needs to be off and Renata hitches a ride from him much to Veronica's discomfort.

Vanessa and Vinny meet up at the reception of the wedding and he leaves and Jonas and Vanessa get to know each other.

Nelson and Rosemere are dancing to the music and she still feels a gaping hole because of Filipinho leaving but then he tells her that this is a new phase which she should cherish.

Uncle Lili and Nancy catch up on the years they haven't seen each other and end up dancing to the music as well.

Amora and Bento are pronounced husband and wife and everybody stands up to clap for them.
Caio follows Giane and reproaches her for the scene she caused although Giane claims it had nothing to do with her liking Bento but because Bento was like a brother to her.

Veronica and Lili talk about Nancy although Veronica is still a bit tongue-tied as to how he and Nancy dates knowing that he is gay. She also brings up the fact that Renata and Erico left together and how uneasy it has made her.

Erico manages to drop Renata off. She brings up his relationship with Veronica and although he is assertive about his love for her, she says he only loves the illusion of Palmira and not Veronica since he knows nothing about her.

Salma calls Rosemere and tells her about how Giane intended to interrupt Bento's wedding and when Charlene hears this, she gathers everyone around and toats to Giane being a hero at both weddings simultaneously. 

Mel calls Sueli Pedrosa and give her the scoop on Giane's interruption of the wedding.

The wedding seems to be a mess with a myriad of people such as Salma and Gilson wondering if Bento is alright although his face shows anything but happiness. Caio and Giane have a talk. He says he wants someone who will love him for real and she says that she tried hard. It becomes clear that they are finally over but Caio promises to still be a close friend to Giane.

Barbara fins Luz and Xander kissing and she is in outrage because to her, he is a nobody. 
Malu shows up just as Bento is about to leave and asks him if he is alright. Amora throws the bouquet and Lara is the one who catches it, much to Amora's annoyance.

At Crash Media, Cardoso is gushing about what a success the campaign has been and Silvia leaves as she hates being anywhere around him. Malu comforts Bento at the wedding since he is very distraught. Barbara wants to talk to Malu about the unforgivable thing she did of attending Charlene's wedding instead of Amora's but Malu is not regretful of missing this sham of a wedding. 

Barbara insults her by telling her she is worthless and the worst thing she ever did was deciding not to terminate the pregnancy she had with her. Irene walks in on this exchange and warns Barbara against ever insulting Malu again. They argue and Irene ends up slapping Barbara real hard very many times, telling her that she will no longer let her (Barbara) walk all over her.

Plinio and Irene leave once Irene comes from her episode with Barbara and Amora tells Bento that she will go with him if he really wants to leave the party.

Plinio congratulates Irene on finally standing up to Barbara. Amora and Bento arrive home and they argue about how the media came when he didn't want them to while Amora badgers him on defending Giane even when she wanted to ruin their special day.

Erico calls Veronica to let her know he is at a bar meeting celebrating the success of Cardoso's campaign when Cleo decides to call Erico's name and Veronica hears this, becoming stressed.

Natan comes to where Erico is and mocks him saying he will never have what Veronica and he had in their many years of marriage - children, since Veronica developed complications after Mauricio's birth. Erico almost punches Natan but Cardoso stops him telling him it is not worth it. Tina and Brunetty are dancing the night away happily. 

Damaris takes a picture of Wilson and mumbles how it is time he knew how their marriage started. She goes to Charlene and Wilson's suite where she confesses to Wilson that she is the reason why Livia and he did not end up together. She tells him that she told Livia she would marry him and so she (Livia) wouldn't stand a chance. That is what prompted Gloria to take a pregnant Livia to the countryside. Wilson is angry but Damaris leaves without another word. 

Margot calls Santa as Erico arrives. He fins Veronica in bed and she is watching "Ghost" her favorite movie back when she and Natan were married. They argue about Cleo and he also wonders why she never told him she couldn't bear children and why he had to hear it from Natan. He also points out the fact that she is watching a movie from her days with her ex-husband.

Fabinho finally awakens and wants to leave but Giane tells him he needs to stay still because he still has injuries that need nursing. At first, he wants to leave because he thinks Giane will report him to the police but she says she won't. 

Damaris and Lucindo are in a bar and she tells him about the prophecy she had many years ago of marrying a chauffeur and that is why she worked hard to get Wilson into her hands. The waitress tells her that the band is present and she says she will sing.

Malu is sad and Mauricio comforts her as she tells him that she never imagined that her mother's words about prefering Amora over her would hurt so bad. Mauricio promises to be with her and stay by her side. 

Veronica and Erico have an intense talk about all the secrets they hide from each other which makes their relationship not worthwhile. He admits to loving her, but now knowing her at all.

Amora tells Bento that they need to go to the suite for the commencement of their honeymoon but then he does not want to. She is angry and makes a comment about wanting to annul the marriage but suddenly, Bento tells her that they should to annul the marriage.
